Les Girls Only sont des déjeuners pour toutes les femmes de l'unité (doctorantes, ingénieures, gestionnaires, maitresses de conférences, professeures, chercheuses, postdocs,...) qui se tiennent environ tous les deux mois. C'est un temps de convivialité, pour des échanges et des discussions informelles. Certains Girls Only ont une thématique définie, et d'autres sont sans thème.
Les réunions Girls Only se tiennent en non-mixité choisie. Elles s'adressent à toutes les femmes, et plus généralement à toutes les personnes s'identifiant comme femme, de l'unité. Ce cadre permet d'ouvrir la parole autour de vécus communs en instaurant un climat de confiance propice aux discussions.
Girls Only lunches are meetings for all women in the unit (PhD students, engineers, administrative staff, lecturers, professors, researchers, postdocs, etc.) and are held approximately every two months. They provide a friendly and informal space for conversation and exchange. Some Girls Only meetings have a specific theme, while others remain open and unstructured.
The Girls Only lunches are held in chosen non-mixity. They are open to all women, and more broadly to anyone in the unit who identifies as a woman. This framework creates a space where participants can speak freely about shared experiences, fostering a climate of trust that supports open and meaningful discussions.
